Colliers International appoints James Ho as Executive Director, Head of Project Management Services (Taiwan)

James Ho joins Colliers from CBRE, where he held the position of Senior Director leading the team of Project & Construction Management for almost 15 years started from scratch to one of the largest project management teams in the Taiwan market. He brings 29 years of project and construction management experience in the Taiwanese construction market, specialising in Business & Operation Management and Project Construction Management, where he has represented numerous Fortune 1000 firms in Taiwan real estate industry. Notable projects include Google R&D and new major hardware divisions consolidation project in New Taipei City, Google Taipei HQ in Taipei 101, Google Chang-Bing Data Centre, and other global companies such as Amazon, Facebook, as well as many world class financial institutions in Taiwan such as Standard Chartered Bank, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, etc. and commercial retail spaces such as ZARA, GAP, and Core Pacific Living Mall, etc.
