Fiba Holding has acquired one of Eroğlu Group’s latest development projects in Kağıthane, İstanbul. Ofishane, a new retail/office mixed use project, with 21,124 sq.m. of A class office space was recently sold under Colliers International’s co-exclusive landlord representation mandate. During the course of an 15 month exclusive marketing process, Ofishane was introduced to Fiba as an alternative for relocating some of the holding’s subsidiary businesses, such as Fibabanka, their banking arm, and Girişim Varlık, an asset management company.
Fiba also chose to buy Ofishane as an investment since 12,422 sq.m. of retail area within the project is already leased long term by Bauhaus, a DYI operator.
The building’s construction was completed by Eroğlu Holding and it is delivered to Fiba upon the closing of the transaction in October 2013. The office tower in the project provides, circa 1,200 employees, with an employee canteen and modern A class office space in 12 floors.
