Karlo has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He started his career as an analyst in Colliers International Philippines in 2010 under the consultancy and advisory services, specializing in feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, financial modelling and financial due diligence. In 2013, he relocated in Myanmar to start the advisory and valuation service line, consequently involving regional project assignments in Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore. Karlo was promoted as Deputy Managing Director and Managing Director in 2018 and 2019, respectively. He also leads the Capital Market Services, representing multiple asset types in Myanmar (residential, industrial, commercial and mixed-use developments) for joint venture, capital debt injection and financing purposes, as well as outright sale of the properties. Currently, he oversees the regional market as Managing Director for the Myanmar Office and as Deputy Managing Director for Consultancy Services in Colliers Thailand.
As Deputy Managing Director with Colliers International Thailand, Tysen is responsible to lead a multidisciplinary team of experienced agents to analyze and drive innovative real estate investment strategies in Thailand. Tysen and his team provide Industrial Services, Office and Retail Services, and Capital Markets and Investment Services to Colliers’ clients.
With over ten years of experience in real estate development, Tysen’s expertise is in formulating and executing the acquisition and development strategy based on analytics and market data. Tysen also has expertise developing finance strategy and plans for capital structure and overall optimal profitability for service members.

Manita has accomplished Sales professional with 20 years of experience managing Sales and Operation, at the corporate and regional level in Office Services Industry, Attraction Industry and Hospitality Industry.
Prior joining Colliers, she has worked for Regus Serviced Office as Coaching Area Manager to drive Sales revenue and Property management. She has also worked for JustCo Thailand as key member of the Pioneer team to set up Thailand operation. Most recently, she has been with Asset World Corporation as Senior Sales & Leasing Manager - Commercial as Landlord representative. She was also the sales team mentor in customer negotiation and conflict management at Asset World Corporation.
As a Associate Director in the Industrial Services at Colliers International Thailand, Sorravich is responsible for negotiations, acquisitions and marketing consultancy in the leasing of office space for both local and international companies.
