Demand continued to strengthen for high-quality warehouses, distribution centers and factories among e-commerce businesses and consumer operators since 2020. As of 1H 2021, warehouses, factories and distribution centers had new contract leases of more than 150,000 sq.m. Despite the effects of COVID-19 on most businesses or property sectors, the warehouse and factory sector continued to show signs of strength.

 

Colliers Thailand predicts that demand for warehouse and factory throughout 2H 2021 will continue to grow, largely due to demand from foreign investors.
