Colliers Thailand assessed a list of campaign policies proposed by Chatchad Sitthipunt and his team during the campaign for Governor of Bangkok. For the purposes of this piece, we have selected six policies from a total of 214 which we believe will have the biggest impact on the  Bangkok property market in four key areas: decentralizing development areas, new tax incentives, new building design requirements, and mass market residential development plans.
