As Director of Advisory with Colliers International Thailand, Tysen is responsible to lead a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals to analyze and drive innovative real estate investment strategies in Thailand. Tysen and his team perform full feasibility studies including market studies, development recommendations, and financial analyses for Colliers’ clients.

With over ten years of experience in real estate development, Tysen’s expertise is in formulating and executing the acquisition and development strategy based on analytics and market data. Tysen also has expertise developing finance strategy and plans for capital structure and overall optimal profitability for service members.


Tysen has a demonstrated 14-year history of building business in the USA and Asia. He has been deeply involved in crafting and executing the strategy to drive real estate projects before purchase and during the sales process.

While working in America, Tysen led the acquisition and development of 21,750 square meters of office space, over 260 condominium units, and 12 retail spaces. Since moving to Asia 5 years ago, Tysen has worked with clients in an advisory capacity from assessing their unmet needs to developing and executing solutions to drive a successful project. With a depth of understanding of market demands, Tysen has led the execution of feasibility studies on notable Smart City projects, other major mixed-use developments,  and other innovative development strategies in Thailand.
