From the point of size and references, this project is the most important for Colliers REMS in Slovakia. He is responsible for regular contact with tenants, solving their needs, communication with new potential tenants and also covers the controling agenda as costs and revenues optimization.
Marek joined Colliers in January 2013 and has over 6 years experience in real estate industry as Property and Project manager. He managed shopping center in Zvolen, the pilot property for Colliers REMS in Slovakia, which we still have under control.

Richard joined Colliers from the shopping centre investor and manager ECE Projektmanagement Bratislava (ECE), where he managed Bratislava’s prime retail scheme. Prior to his time with ECE, he held the position of Centre and Asset Manager for Eurovea shopping centre in Bratislava with a focus on the performance of the multifunctional scheme, including retail, office, hotel and residential. Before that, Richard worked with Colliers between 2012 and 2015, where he established and lead the Slovak Property Management Department. His previous real estate experience also includes development, leasing and management of various types of real estate schemes.
