In Q1 2020 Slovakia’s investment market recorded four investment transactions with a total volume of 171 m (excluding confidential and pending deals) The largest volume of investment flows was recorded within the offices sector, which encountered two transactions generating 88 150 m) of the total investment value Other transactions included the sale of Goodman Kosice industrial park to the Chinese investor GLP (as well as the acquisition of the mixed used area in Bratislava (including office, logistics and light production) by the Slovak investor Stavmat stavebniny Yields remained stable at 5 50 for core office premises in Bratislava (projected to increase) Industrial and logistics projects across the country, on the other hand, have experienced yield contraction to 6 35 %%(with stable forecast), whilst yields for traditional shopping centres in the capital city increased by 0 5 to 5 50 %%(projected to increase further in the short medium term)
