SLOVAKIA INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS MARKET BAROMETER SPRING 2021

Download Report

Bratislava region remains the main hub of industrial activity in the country accommodating 52% of the country’s I&L stock and attracting almost 73% of the total demand.

Even though market activity picked up during the last quarter of 2020, supported by strong exports from OEMs and their supply chains, the first estimates of the Automotive Industry Association still suggest an automotive production plunge of around 20% for the year.

Logistics market continues to expand due to increases in e-commerce activity. As major e-commerce players gain interest in the CEE region, Slovakia becomes an attractive competitive destination to consider.
