Professional Summary
Since 2008 when Michal started in industry he went through possitions mainly at real estate developers. He co-ordinated and comprehensively covered the rent out of premises and related activities in well-known administrative projects. For several years, he worked as a manager for B2B in the construction and development company YIT. Not only here he gained experience which now he believe Colliers clients would benefit from. His main focus was office leasing, but also various analyses and development.
His competences include consultancy services, occupiers representation in negotiations with potential landlords, but also strategic consulting for clients.
Accomplishments
In past he provided services for Slovenský plynárenský priemysel, VUB bank (Intesa Sanpaolo), within his firt postion as real estate consultant.
Among his most significant and as he believe satisfied clients were Zurich Insurance Company, Mercedes Benz, Beiersdorf, P3 Logistic Parks, Regional Card Processing Centre (member of RBI group), Amundi Asset Management, Takeda Pharmeceuticals, Slovak Bank Association, SOFTEC, Adastra, Erni and many more.

Andrea joined Colliers International Slovakia in September 2020 as an Associate for the Office Agency. Her responsibilities include the presentation of potential office buildings, creation of presentations, research, communication with clients, as well as the support of the Industrial Team. Andrea has more than 15 years of experience in the industrial market. In the past, she worked for the development company IPEC Group for several years, where she first worked as an Office Manager and later as a real estate agent in the sale of residential projects. She further developed her experience as an Office and leasing coordinator in the development company Prologis. Prior to joining Colliers, she worked as an Associate Consultat on CBRE's industrial team.
Marek Maryncak joined Colliers in January 2019 as Senior Associate. Focusing on Project Management, Workplace Solutions and Design&Build. Marek's primary goal is to help clients find a better workplace according to current knowledge and experiences.
Marek has been working in the field of office and retail fit-outs & development projects since 2008. He participated in various projects - from big projects like development of new offices and fit-outs for T-Systems Slovakia (31000 sq m) or development project management of golf courses. As Project Manager, Marek has also been working with his clients in office, retail and housing projects in Slovakia.
For more than 17 years, worked for HB Reavis, well known international developer, where he held numerous management positions. As the Leasing Director, he led the strategic development of leasing activities in the field of retail and office premises, both in Slovakia and internationally.
He has provided consultancy advice for clients which include: T-Com, Enel/Slovenské elektrárne, IBM, AT&T, Eset, O2, Microsoft, Citibank, Deloitte, GTS Nextra, Sony etc.
He also gained experience at several other management positions: Project Manager, Marketing Manager and IT Manager.
Marek Vrbovský has joined Colliers International in October 2015 as the Director of Colliers International’s Asset Management/Developer Services. He manages all asset management activities, monitoring and fulfilling the financial and operational objectives of the company’s institutional and individual real estate owners. From October 2016 took responsibility for Office Agency.
