Senior Consultant. Occupier Services
Nataša joined Colliers in 2022 as a Senior Consultant in Occupier Services department. Her main tasks include creating new and maintaining existing customer relationships, maintaining a high presence and professional image in the real estate market; carrying out various marketing activities in order to find new customers and business opportunities; regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, conducting searches, preparing reports and presentations. She is engaged on several commercial projects which are under Colliers representation.
Prior to joining Colliers Nataša worked in international commercial real estate company where she was Head of Sales and she was responsible for representing mainly all important Landlords and owners in Ljubljana and elsewhere in Slovenia.
Consultant, Occupier Services
Sanja joined Colliers Slovenia in 2022, in the Commercial Real Estate Advisory and Agency Service department. Her main tasks in Colliers include close cooperation with international clients from various industries.
Her tasks are finding suitable clients for investment opportunities, reviewing the market for clients, preparing offers and consulting. It also offers investors assistance in marketing projects and finding suitable buyers or tenants.
Before Sanja joined Colliers, she had 10 years of experience in the real estate world and is well acquainted with the real estate market in Slovenia.
