Managing Director | Singapore
Bastiaan is the Managing Director for Colliers in Singapore. His responsibilities include the strategic direction of the Singapore office, to lead the growth and diversification initiatives, ensure superior service delivery and develop market leading teams. He oversees all business lines including Capital Markets, Investment Sales, Occupier Services, Valuations & Advisory, Industrial Services, Hotel Advisory, Research, as well as Marketing & Communications and the Human Resources and Finance Teams.
Pertinent to this assignment Bastiaan was the Head of Occupier Services in Singapore and has led complex transaction projects for diverse global multinationals and investors throughout the entire Asia-Pacific region.
In Asia - Pacific, Bastiaan lived and worked in; Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia and Australia.

June heads up the Office Services team in Singapore, and is responsible for ensuring the team's delivery of quality real estate advice and the execution of leasing transactions across the office and industrial markets.
June has 30 years of office and industrial leasing experience in Singapore, and has provided strategic advice to numerous MNCs on their real estate requirements to meet the mid to long term business needs. She is equally well-versed in project marketing assignments, and has assisted various landlord clients to position their property to secure the optimal tenant mix for their properties.
Tridiana started her real estate career in Singapore in 2007, providing ad-hoc consultancy service on the local and regional real estate market to real estate developers and institutional investors.
Focusing on Commercial & Industrial leasing in Singapore since 2008, Tridiana has established excellent track record in providing strategic transaction advisory service to various corporate occupier clients that include Fortune 500 companies. In the course of her work, Tridiana has also developed good understanding and working relationships with landlords from both public and private sectors in the local market. Clients continue to find her market knowledge and expertise an asset in their effort to navigate the local market in pursuit of the optimum real estate solutions for their requirements.

Agnes has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, with expertise in providing strategic advisory services to office occupiers in real estate planning, portfolio management, lease acquisition, restructuring, renewals and disposition. Prior to joining Colliers, she had worked for another global real estate consultancy where she focused on commercial leasing.
In addition to a wealth of experience in providing strategic advisory and managing large-scale transactions for various corporate occupier clients, including Fortune 500 companies, Agnes has also worked with a handful of boutique funds, each with unique requirements and specific office needs. She is a passionate real estate expert with a successful track record that demonstrates her dedication to the industry. Agnes hopes that her enterprising spirit and industry expertise will allow Colliers to accelerate the success of her clients.

In addition to day-to-day asset management, she was tasked to adopt a bespoke approach to contribute in re-profiling the community enclave and reinvigorating neighbourhoods, while also securing new tenants and prepare budgeting exercises for the properties under her assigned portfolio.
Lindy also specializes in developing and executing office leasing solutions catered for clients needs. Her responsibilities range from handling initial enquiries to engaging in active negotiations, and overseeing lease documentations.
Shawn specialises in performing industry research and analysis in order to customise strategic information and creative solutions for his clients’ real estate requirements.

Shawn is a dynamic and highly motivated tenant representative who began his career as a management trainee in Colliers. Driven by passion, Shawn has represented and provided advisory services to clients of various industries, helping to create holistic and comprehensive real estate strategies for their short- and long-term planning.
