Executive Director & Head
Bastiaan is currently an Executive Director and Head of the Occupier Services team. Bastiaan manages and leads the Tenant Representation, Project Management and Industrial Brokerage function. His main focus is ensuring team performance and growth in tandem with leading complex transaction projects for diverse global multinational companies with occupancy needs throughout Singapore.
Pertinent to this assignment Bastiaan has led complex transaction projects for diverse global multinationals throughout the entire Asia-Pacific region and his expertise includes transaction management, tenant representation, portfolio reviews and divestment analysis.
In Asia - Pacific, Bastiaan lived and worked in; Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia and Australia.
Executive Director & Head of Tenant Representation
June heads up the Office Services team in Singapore, and is responsible for ensuring the team's delivery of quality real estate advice and the execution of leasing transactions across the office and industrial markets.
June has 30 years of office and industrial leasing experience in Singapore, and has provided strategic advice to numerous MNCs on their real estate requirements to meet the mid to long term business needs. She is equally well-versed in project marketing assignments, and has assisted various landlord clients to position their property to secure the optimal tenant mix for their properties.
Chee Beng has more than 19 years of experience in the corporate interior sector, focusing on project management, strategic and space planning. He is knowledgeable in space management and strategy, as well as delivery of the whole project.
Chee Beng is a key member of the Colliers team, and has lead the successful delivery of projects time and again, ensuring budgets are adhered to and key dates are achieved. He is excellent and driving projects in such a way as to maintain the required quality standards. He manages the various stakeholders and is key in maintaining client relations, as well as ensuring relationships within his team remain focused and pro-active.
Enterprise Market Solutions | Occupier Services
Based in Singapore, Lynus is tasked with identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with data centre and industrial owners, occupiers, developers and investors as part of the regional industrial advisory strategy.
Lynus joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Director of Data Centre & Real Estate Brokerage and spearheaded the company’s data centre operations in Singapore. With more than 12 years of real estate experience, he is a Certified Data Centre Specialist and has also managed transactions in the Technology & Telecommunication and Aviation sectors. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he also held roles at Credit Suisse Beijing and Savills Singapore.

Patrick is a Senior Director in our Occupier Services Team in Singapore. Patrick's primary focus is building relationships with our occupier clients in Singapore and ensuring the delivery of memorable services to accelerate their success. Patrick started joined Colliers' leadership team in 2021 to collaborate with the Occupier Services Team and drive exceptional results.
Passionate about representing the interest of tenants, Patrick has been providing Tenant Representation services to clients for over 15 years. Patrick has been focusing on the Singapore market for over ten years and was previously based in Vietnam and London, where he trained as a Chartered Surveyor.
Patrick most recently worked at a leading international flex space operator; this has given him unique insight into the co-working and serviced office industry. This will further strengthen our expertise and lead our clients into the future.
Raphael is an Associate Director of Industrial Services, and he is part of the best-in-class Occupier Services team in Singapore. Through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, Raphael always strives to deliver quality real estate advice to his clients.
Raphael works closely with both commercial landlords and tenants, and is actively involved in the sale & leasing, advisory and transaction services of all industrial assets covering the full spectrum of business parks, data centres, JTC industrial land and factories, warehouse and logistics facilities.
