  • Auction sessions will be conducted by appointment only and are limited to 25 participants per session. Appointments are to be booked prior to the auction session. A confirmation email will be sent to registered bidders closer to the auction date. We regret that non-registered bidders will not be allowed entry.
  • The auction is only open to those who are fully vaccinated or those who have tested negative for COVID-19. Attendees who are not vaccinated are required to obtain a valid negative COVID-19 test result to participate in the auction. The validity of a negative COVID-19 test result is 24 hours from the scheduled test appointment. Attendees will be permitted for entry if the validity period covers the duration of their auction event. 
  • If you have attended our auction but tested positive for COVID-19 subsequently on the same day, please inform our auction team immediately and adhere to the prevailing government regulations.
  • All attendees are to wear a face mask at all times. Temperature and health screening measures in accordance to public health regulations and advice will be taken upon arrival. Anyone who is deemed unwell will be asked to leave. 
  • All attendees are required to do check-in with TraceTogether upon arrival, for contact tracing purposes.
  • In accordance to public health regulations, safe distancing measures will be implemented including seating arrangements during the auction. All attendees are to be at least 1-metre apart.
  • For convenience, hand sanitisers will be provided and all reading materials will be sent via electronic means.
