Colliers Research identified three key themes driving the Singapore property market in a COVID-normal 2021. An economic rebound widely expected in 2021 will lift most property sectors to some extent, particularly the office, industrial and residential sectors.


 
Office, Industrial and Residential are expected to see the most investor interest in 2021, mainly due to an economic recovery, coupled with low interest rates. Hospitality however, may only fully recover by 2023, but investors are advised to look out for opportunistic buys.
 
In 2021, Colliers see three key themes driving the Singapore property market in a COVID-normal 2021: recovery, sustainability and flexibility. An economic rebound expected in 2021 should lift most property sectors, higher priority should be placed on sustainability for building selection and flexible workplace components should be gravitated to, by occupiers.
