As Managing Director of Emerging Markets, I am responsible for expanding Colliers’ client base and identifying new business and opportunities for cross-border collaboration in partnership with the Managing Directors of our emerging markets businesses. Our emerging markets portfolio includes operations in Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Korea, Myanmar, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
Based in Singapore, I have over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Executive Director & Head
Bastiaan is currently an Executive Director and Head of the Occupier Services team. Bastiaan manages and leads the Tenant Representation, Project Management and Industrial Brokerage function. His main focus is ensuring team performance and growth in tandem with leading complex transaction projects for diverse global multinational companies with occupancy needs throughout Singapore.
Pertinent to this assignment Bastiaan has led complex transaction projects for diverse global multinationals throughout the entire Asia-Pacific region and his expertise includes transaction management, tenant representation, portfolio reviews and divestment analysis.
In Asia - Pacific, Bastiaan lived and worked in; Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia and Australia.
With over 15 years of experience in real estate and banking/asset management, I have a broad background in the commercial real estate sector. My primary responsibility is to assist companies with their real estate needs including transaction management and lease negotiations. I pride myself on having excellent client service skills.
Lindy has a profound knowledge of Landlord’s demands in transactions. Prior to joining Colliers International, she also worked for various reputable Developers and Landlords in Singapore thereafter. In addition to day-to-day asset management, she was tasked to adopt a bespoke approach to contribute in re-profiling the community enclave and reinvigorating neighbourhoods, while also securing new tenants and prepare budgeting exercises for the properties under her assigned portfolio.
Lindy also specializes in developing and executing office leasing solutions catered for clients needs. Her responsibilities range from handling initial enquiries to engaging in active negotiations, and overseeing lease documentations.
Shawn specialises in performing industry research and analysis in order to customise strategic information and creative solutions for his clients’ real estate requirements.
Through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, Shawn accelerates the success of his clients by understanding their position in the market and providing solutions to enhance their competitiveness.
Shawn is a dynamic and highly motivated tenant representative who began his career as a management trainee in Colliers. Driven by passion, Shawn has represented and provided advisory services to clients of various industries, helping to create holistic and comprehensive real estate strategies for their short- and long-term planning.
Shawn has been recognised by the company through nominations for internal and industry awards (RICS SEA Young Achiever Finalist - Highly Commendable).
Executive Director & Head of Tenant Representation
June heads up the Office Services team in Singapore, and is responsible for ensuring the team's delivery of quality real estate advice and the execution of leasing transactions across the office and industrial markets.
June has 30 years of office and industrial leasing experience in Singapore, and has provided strategic advice to numerous MNCs on their real estate requirements to meet the mid to long term business needs. She is equally well-versed in project marketing assignments, and has assisted various landlord clients to position their property to secure the optimal tenant mix for their properties.
