Nurul Malik is a seasoned and dedicated marketing professional with expertise spanning marketing communications, digital community management, content strategy and social media marketing. Having joined Colliers to manage the Singapore office's digital community and marketing efforts, she currently leads the digital marketing and strategy for Asia.
Nurul empowers brands to connect and resonate with their target audiences on a deeper level through digital platforms, leveraging dynamic algorithms and data-driven insights to elevate a brand's digital growth and reach. Her passion lies in the realm of social media, with its everchanging landscapes constantly opening up new worlds of possibilities in social media marketing.
In the last decade, Nurul has led the digital marketing and social media management efforts for leading brands across the hospitality, telecommunications and creative industries. Before joining Colliers, Nurul was in a global creative agency leading the social media marketing efforts of one of the biggest financial services groups in Southeast Asia.

Michelle is an ambitious & passionate sales and marketing leader as Head of Marketing & Communications Asia and the Business Development Centre Asia. She leads the brand strategy across Asia and strives to convert business revenue of Colliers Asia’s top client engagement pursuits. She leads a strategic pursuit team to identify, develop and deliver priority bid responses with our brokers across all business lines. Michelle has a demonstrated track record linking success between client needs to effective sales and marketing strategies within commercial real estate for over 11 years, with 4 years in Asia. In 2019, she achieved a 70% conversion of Colliers Asia's top strategic pursuits totaling beyond USD50m in appointed fees, a significant 75% increase since 2018. Clients include large developers, institutionals, MNC occupiers and corporate domestic and international companies across APAC.
Prior to Colliers, Michelle led sales, marketing and media advertising strategies for one of Australia’s largest property developers Stockland in the commercial property sector, and accommodation property management company Mantra Group (now Accor) in corporate sales and marketing, with additional experience within the financial and hospitality sectors.
She contributes at Colliers with a collaborative approach among all levels of stakeholders to develop, implement and communicate winning sales pitches whilst aligning with business priorities and goals. She is skilled in pitch management, client relationship management, sales strategy, project marketing, business development, B2B & B2C integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, advertising media sales, content writing, creative strategy and project management. She enjoys mentoring and training brokers and her own team to deliver ongoing growth results.
She has a passion for learning and recently completed her MBA with Distinction at Sydney Business School, UOW in Singapore.
Hui San works at Colliers International as a Creative Director, leading the creative strategy across Asia Marketing Communication, BDC and Research. She has been with Colliers for about 4 years. Previously she responsible for looking after the Asia BDC design, managing pitch submission & presentation across Asia. She enjoys assisting business lines to secure pitches, expand new businesses and bring in revenue for the company.
Over the years, Hui San has mastered different aspects of design communications, including advertising, digital, publication, retail spaces, experiences and event management.
Armed with more than 10 years of advertising & design experience, she has been involved in many great and interesting projects such as adidas, Heineken, Johnnie Walker, Audi, Nestlé, UOB, Sony Ericsson, etc. Her key achievements include helping the firm set up its infant Singapore operations.
Her previous role at Knight Frank APAC as a senior designer gave her a valuable opportunity to gain more exposure and understanding from the client’s perspective. Besides providing brand guidance, She was also held great responsibility to make sure that the branding in the region is aligned. This role allowed her to have a deeper understanding of each market’s culture and adjust to their different needs.
