I've spent the past 19 years in Asia, with 7 of those years spent working in brokerage in Shanghai, China assisting MNC's who wished to establish or expand their China operations.
I have been based in Singapore since 2011 working in the Corporate Solutions division and more recently managing our Regional Tenant Representation platform team and providing strategic Real Estate advice to corporate occupiers all across the Asia Pacific region.
I currently lead the Colliers Technology Occupiers Practice Group for Asia.
I was the project lead on the establishment of multiple Regional Headquarter campuses for Fortune 500 companies - each with a footprint of 200,000 sqft and above.
In the Colliers APAC Awards of Excellence I have received the CEO’s award for Client Service as well as an “Outstanding Achiever” Award
I have transacted over 5 million sqft for Technology sector occupiers in recent years
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology & Telecommunications

Michael and I worked together on a difficult relocation project in Singapore. Our requirements are somewhat unique and are very different from most of the space on the Island. He always put us first and never wavered, no matter how many times we changed course. We finally concluded an excellent transaction, despite the landlord's best efforts to delay, differ, and derail us, Michael held it together, working with patience and skill, moving the deal forward bit by bit to bring it a successful conclusion earlier this year. Joined Corporate Solutions in 2011 as a fresh graduate from National University of Singapore. Am actively involved in transaction management, lease adminstration, financial analysis and portfolio analysis. Major clients include Microsoft, Flextronics, Singapore Airlines, Philips and Xilinx.
Based in Singapore, Lynus is tasked with identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with data centre and industrial owners, occupiers, developers and investors as part of the regional industrial advisory strategy.
Lynus joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Director of Data Centre & Real Estate Brokerage and spearheaded the company’s data centre operations in Singapore. With more than 12 years of real estate experience, he is a Certified Data Centre Specialist and has also managed transactions in the Technology & Telecommunication and Aviation sectors. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he also held roles at Credit Suisse Beijing and Savills Singapore.

Magalie works in the Enterprise Market Solutions team, based in Singapore. This role involves working closely with the various Occupier Services teams within the Asia Pacific region, helping to develop new business opportunities and to create cross-selling opportunities with existing mutlinational clients. Magalie's role involves analysing existing Asia Pacific clients' portfolios to spot new opportunities and help local brokers to tap into the strong network of Colliers brokers to pursue these opportunities.
Magalie has a strong collaborative culture and regional outlook, which enables her to fully connect the Occupier Services teams at Colliers International within Asia Pacific and across the global platform. It creates added value for clients who now demand highly effective solutions spanning from country to country.
Prior to working at Colliers in Singapore, Magalie worked and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in London.
