Manish is a Corporate Development & Strategy professional with over 15 years of international experience in the real estate and hospitality sector, wherein he has gained varied experience from ownership to operator background with his stints at real estate funds, developers, hotel management company and international consultancy firms.
In his roles at multi-cultural large organisations through family offices, he has led several cross-border hospitality transactions across various geographies in Asia Pacific where he advised clients; beginning from site selection to developing strategic business plans and execution framework to build portfolio.
He has specialist experience in hotel transactions (both buy-side and sell-side), commercial negotiations, due diligence, asset management including AEI (asset enhancement initiatives) and strategic expansion to new markets including partnerships with investors and developers. His expertise includes financial and feasibility analyses, market research, valuation of hotels, serviced apartments, branded residences and mixed-use developments across various geographies in Asia Pacific and USA.
Accomplishments
• Divestment of an operating asset in Philippines (Fraser Place, Manila) at S$45 mil - Managed the entire life cycle of transaction from origination of buyer to disposition and handover of the asset.
• Expansion of Management Contracts Business - New Brand (Serviced Apartment) entry in Indonesia under Modena by Fraser brand.
• Renewal of contract for Fraser Suites Bangkok. Restructured, negotiated and finalised the management agreements of Fraser Residence Menteng in Jakarta.
• Operator Search Process - Represented company in Operator Search Process conducted by property consultancy firms (JLL, Savills, CBRE, Colliers, Knight Frank etc.) for projects in Asia Pacific.
• Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) for an operating hotel property in Singapore (Capri by Fraser Changi).
• Acquisition and refurbishment of an upscale office & hotel property, 304-room Next Hotel in Brisbane (US$110 mil).
• Lease portfolio of 3-hotel properties with QIC Real Estate in Australia for a combined value of US$165 mil in Melbourne, Canberra, and Ringwood.
• Mixed-use project (residential, hotel and shopping mall at US$150 mil) at Colombo in Sri Lanka with a local developer Abans Group.
• Founding member of Offshore Investment Analysis team of IHG Hotels & Resorts in India.
• Financial Lead for PAL Project (Private Army Lodging) in partneship with IHG and Lend Lease froup in USA for lodging facilities at US Army installations.
• Investment and Market Entry Strategy including Execution Plans for a US Private Equity Fund, IREO in Indian real estate market.
• Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Projects - Tie-up with Ascenads for SEZ project in India and liasion with Government authorities.

Greg has over 15 years in providing hospitality, commercial and residential property valuation and advisory services across three international regions, and is a member of RICS and Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
After completing his Bachelor of Business (Property) studies and initial professional valuation training in Melbourne, Greg moved to London in 2004.
After eight years of reporting valuations and assisting with asset management initiatives across the entire UK market to a range of instritutional-grade clients, he sought to continue his career development in South East Asia by moving to Bangkok in 2012.
During his time with Knight Frank Thailand, Greg became a senior member of the largest internationally-branded valuation firm in the country, and intrinsically involved in client relationship reporting and management to a variety of clients from the hospitality, banking, corporate and private sectors.
With his extensive involvement in the valuation and advisory of regional hospitality-led assets, Greg joined Savills in 2018 to focus his advisory and business development skills on the entire South East Asia hospitality market. As the Head of Hotel Valuations for the region, Greg continued to complete assignments in Thailand and Vietnam, together with wider market-leading destinations such as the South Pacific and the Marianas Islands.
Despite an unprecedented change in the global marketplace as a result of the pandemic, Greg relocated to Singapore in late-2020 and through his appointment at Colliers will strive to continue to provide his extensive expertise for the benefit of a broad and prudent client base.
Zoe is a hospitality and real estate professional with more than a decade's experience in hotel acquisition and divestment, portfolio asset management, strategic planning and investment analysis for mixed-use development and integrated resort, operator search and branding creation advisory across Asia Pacific.
Having worked with hotel owners and developers, international consultancy and brokerage firms, and hotel management operators, Zoe brings her diverse experience and track records to Colliers as a Director of Hotels and Leisure focusing on growing hotels & leisure transaction advisory and consultancy services for developers, investors, family office, HNWIs and operators' market expansion.
Prior to Colliers, Zoe was with a real estate developer to establish its hospitality platform including asset management for their existing portfolio of hospitality assets in key gateway cities in Australia, sourcing and evaluating of potential hotel and serviced apartment investment deals, and relationship development with industry partners.
Zoe has spent over six years with Savills Hotels Asia Pacific team to establish its consultancy, asset management and transaction presence for Southeast Asia and China markets. Zoe has also spent 3 years with CBRE Hotels in Beijing and Singapore.
