Keng Chiam has been in the valuation and advisory practice that span over 30 years. He has vast experience providing quality advice to clients of important real estate activities ranging from acquisition and disposal, merger and acquisitions, feasibility studies, etc. He had acted as an expert for clients in contentious, high-profile dispute resolution cases.
He is currently leading the valuation and advisory services, hotel and leisure and the consultancy divisions within Colliers. In addition, he will be setting up the business valuation within the firm to provide clients with a comprehensive suite of advisory services.
Juvena started her career with Colliers and has over 15 years of real estate valuation experience in the Singapore property market both in the private and public sector.
Possessing a licence with the Inland Revenue of Singapore (IRAS), she provides valuation advisory services which involve carrying out inspections, preparing and ensuring a good standard level of accuracy and quality of valuation of reports of residential (public and private) properties, land, industrial properties, commercial properties for the purposes of mortgage, sale, purchase, insurance, estate duty, stamp duty, listing and compulsory acquisition.
Her scope also includes fostering existing client relationships and cultivating business opportunities for the Company. Her key clients are mainly banks and independent financial instituitions such as Citibank N.A., Credit Suisse AG, DBS Bank Limited, Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation, Sing Investments & Finance Limited, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS AG, just to name a few.
She is a self-driven individual and has a robust relationship with her team mates and clients.
Anson Lim

Anson Lim is the Senior Director for Colliers’ Valuation & Advisory Services. He started his career at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) as a valuer, which involved property tax assessment, objection and appeal of major commercial buildings as well as valuation of state lands for alienation, lifting of title restriction and lease upgrading.
Prior to joining Colliers, Anson was senior general manager of residential marketing & sales at Allgreen Properties since May 2018. Prior to that, he had spent 21 years at listed property group CapitaLand, where his last position was vice president of investment and portfolio management.
Based in Singapore, Anson is tasked with leading the corporate valuation business domain, as well as overseeing land development, property tax consultancy, and state land matters. An experienced expert in the Valuation and Advisory Services domain, he will collaborate closely with other stakeholders at Colliers to drive exceptional results, leading our industry into the future.
