Donald Goh has over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked for both real estate investors and global real estate consultancies, and has a strong track record in Industrial, shophouses and Collective Sales. 

At Colliers, his main focus will be on growing Colliers’ Investment Services business pertaining to non-institutional clients. 


Donald worked for Colliers in the earlier stage of his career, achieving more than SGD300 million worth of deals related to land sales, sale and leaseback of industrial properties, as well as commercial and retail assets.

He is an experienced Real Estate Investment Director with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Donald has also been in several key appointments from Capital Markets Director to Head of Business Development to Investment Management in a PE fund. He is skilled in Real Estate Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Negotiation, Lease Management, Financial Analysis and Due Diligence. In his real estate career, he has personally mandated and concluded residential land deals, commercial buildings/ strata and shophouses, retail malls and industrial/logistic direct sale and sale and leaseback capital transactions from concept to completion.


Donald has concluded BSc in Building and Estate Management (2nd Upper Hons) from National University of Singapore and Masters in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University.
