Dickson is responsible for various aspects of research within the Singapore property market. He interprets and synthesises a variety of data and information to stay ahead of market trends that help our clients make more informed decisions and maximises the potential of property.

At the same time, he is an advocate for the Colliers brand  via providing data-driven research reports, insightful posts, and thought leadership. Adept with a granular understanding of the different real estate asset classes throughout Singapore, he provides clients with tailored data and analysis to guide decision making process on investment and occupier strategies.


Dickson analysed and presented data-driven insights to facilitate the decision making process of senior government leaders at the highest level on market stabilisation measures (such as the 16 Nov 2021 cooling measures for the residential sector).

He formulated planning incentives to support the economic viability of potential buyers to put the gazetted Golden Mile Complex to creative and adaptive reuse, and yet not undermining the owners' collective sales efforts.

Dickson established a comprehensive monitoring framework of indicators to identify potential risks (e.g. office crunch) that could occur in Singapore's office market for early policy intervention.

Dickson developed the publicily released Land Use Plan in 2013, which outlined the governemnt's broad planning strategies to sustain a high-quality living environment for a possible population range of 6.5 to 6.9 million people by 2030.
