Bastiaan serves as the Managing Director at Colliers in Singapore, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation. His responsibilities include the growth and diversification of the company, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and cultivating market-leading teams. He supervises a broad range of business lines, including Capital Markets, Investment Sales, Occupier Services, Valuations & Advisory, Industrial Services, Hotel Advisory, and ESG Services. Additionally, he oversees the Research, Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, and Finance Teams.
Before assuming this role, Bastiaan was the Head of Occupier Services in Singapore, where he successfully led complex transaction projects for a variety of global multinationals and investors across the Asia-Pacific region. His professional journey has seen him live and work in several key Asia-Pacific markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia, and Australia, giving him a diverse and comprehensive regional perspective.

WeiLeng is the Managing Director | Head of Capital Markets in Singapore and is responsible for the growth of Colliers' Capital Markets & Investment Services team. An exceptional leader of great entrepreneurial spirit, WeiLeng possesses strong capital markets expertise and proven track records. She is adept in advisory and brokerage, as well as principal real estate. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, she excels in building deep client relationships and extensive industry network.
WeiLeng has a strong collaborative culture and regional outlook, which enables her to fully connect Colliers Singapore to our other businesses within Asia Pacific and across the global platform. It creates added value for clients who now demand highly effective solutions spanning from country to country.
Capital Markets is her expertise. Her first foray into real estate began nearly three decades ago when she was headhunted by government service. She has since accumulated a wealth of experience in selling buildings, hotels and development land. She sold her first office building at 20 Malacca Street at Raffles Place – just barely one year into her new role. That same relentlessness saw her through many more deals, some bigger, others smaller. Over the years, she has developed an excellent network and invested in strong relationships.
She often gets the question, "What drives you?", which she usually answers, "the inexplicable joy I see on my clients' face when I close a deal!" By building trusted relationships, she has successfully entered into joint ventures with both CapitaLand and City Developments Limited (CDL), during her stint on the buy-side with Wells Fargo (then Wachovia Real Estate).
Having three daughters of her own that are coming of age, she understands her people's aspirations and recognises the acceleration of success of her people as one of her key focuses, where she mentors and nurtures them in becoming the next generation of leaders.

June heads up the Office Services team in Singapore, and is responsible for ensuring the team's delivery of quality real estate advice and the execution of leasing transactions across the office and industrial markets.
June has 30 years of office and industrial leasing experience in Singapore, and has provided strategic advice to numerous MNCs on their real estate requirements to meet the mid to long term business needs. She is equally well-versed in project marketing assignments, and has assisted various landlord clients to position their property to secure the optimal tenant mix for their properties.
Chris is the Senior Director for Singapore's Project Management team. He leads a team of project management professionals to assist occupiers with their corporate real estate requirements and is also responsible for driving the growth of the project management team.
Chris has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction sectors and has successfully delivered projects across North America and Australia before relocating to Singapore in 2015.
He has a diverse range of experience spanning architecture, interior design, project management, business development and client relationship management.
Industrial Services Leader
Based in Singapore, Lynus is tasked with identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with data centre and industrial owners, occupiers, developers and investors as part of the regional industrial advisory strategy.
Lynus joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Director of Data Centre & Real Estate Brokerage and spearheaded the company’s data centre operations in Singapore. With more than 12 years of real estate experience, he is a Certified Data Centre Specialist and has also managed transactions in the Technology & Telecommunication and Aviation sectors. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he also held roles at Credit Suisse Beijing and Savills Singapore.
Having joined the fastest growing real estate services company in the world, Lynus is incredibly excited to continue to build on the existing platforms of collaboration and strategy that have already been established and will look to further develop and provide market-leading solutions to accelerate the success of our clients in this dynamic sector.
Valuation & Advisory Services Leaders
Keng Chiam has been in the valuation and advisory practice that span over 30 years. He has vast experience providing quality advice to clients of important real estate activities ranging from acquisition and disposal, merger and acquisitions, feasibility studies, etc. He had acted as an expert for clients in contentious, high-profile dispute resolution cases.
He is currently leading the valuation and advisory services, hotel and leisure and the consultancy divisions within Colliers. In addition, he will be setting up the business valuation within the firm to provide clients with a comprehensive suite of advisory services.
Govinda has extensive experience in real estate consulting and valuation, which includes 17 years of specialist experience in the urban regeneration, mixed-use, concept place-making, gaming, tourism, and hospitality and leisure sectors in particular. He is also one of Colliers’ dedicated specialist portfolio advisors and valuers in the region, and globally. His clients include operators, developers, sovereign wealth funds, private equity, REITS, banks, high net worth individuals, governments and institutional investors.

An experienced Commercial Finance Strategist and Business Partner with a demonstrated history of working in management consulting industry and hospitality industry.
Skilled in Strategic Commercial Finance, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Business Partnering, Finance Controllership, Audit, Tax & Compliance, Corporate Law, Strategic Consulting, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
With more than 12 years of Human Resource (HR) experience, I have strong expertise in HR business management and talent acquisition, with exposure across various markets in Asia, Middle East and Africa.
In my current role at Colliers, my key responsibilities will be to implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business and regional requirements, as well as partner with the service line leaders to drive operational success and performance.
Catherine started her career as an Investment Analyst at IFC, the investment arm of the World Bank group, where she participated in the screening, due diligence, financial modelling, and execution of debt and equity investments. She also managed a portfolio of investments through financial analysis and the preparation of quarterly and annual reports. After completing her MBA at INSEAD, she joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Management Associate before starting her own company in Real Estate valuation and forecasting using Machine Learning. Catherine then joined Colliers from CBRE Research.
Catherine brings to Colliers more than 15 years of experience, primarily in real estate and investments. She has worked with market data and brokers to develop consolidated views of the real estate markets in Asia Pacific, with a focus on Singapore. She was responsible for producing key market and economic updates, forecasts, and thought-leadership papers, contributing to business development initiatives, investment advisory proposals and client presentations.
In addition, she has drafted feasibility studies and investment recommendations for top clients which include major developers, REITs, financial institutions, family offices, and funds, as well as presented research findings in client meetings and events. As a real estate research specialist with extensive experience, she looks forward to maximising the potential of property through data driven insights.
