Occupier Services

Martin joined Colliers in 2021 as Partner and Head of Occupiers Services. He has over 20 years of experience within the real estate field and have held several senior leadership positions. Prior joining Colliers, Martin was Director of Operations Nordics at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and before that he was heading the Occupier Services team at JLL Sweden. 
Over the years Martin have successfully represented numerous Swedish and international corporates with strategic advice and transaction management. He has extensive industry experience covering the full occupier life-cycle including everything from portfolio planning, lease negotiation as well as project management. Martin is frequently requested as speaker and moderator for industry seminars, covering real estate trends and market development for both retail and office sector. In addition to his position at Colliers, Martin is currently a member of the board at Jernhusen, a Swedish government owned property company with real estate connected to Sweden’s railway infrastructure. 
 

Lovisa joined Colliers in 2021 as a Director in the Agency team.  Prior to Colliers, Lovisa worked at JLL Sweden for almost 7 years. During the years at JLL she had various positions and was recently Head of Corporate Account Management , responsible for service delivery provided to multi-national corporates with a global real estate precence. Lovisa has got experience in leading numerous global accounts and has a great understanding of how to manage various real estate portfolio activities across geographies. Recent years, Lovisa has led diverse projects concerning everything from  industrial land divestments in places such as Tokyo, to office acquisitions in upmarket London.

Monika Andersson joined  in January 2021 as a Director within Corporate Solutions. She recently came from Accenture where she worked as their Real Estate Director for over 12 years responsible for close to 40 locations within five countries.

At Colliers she will use her broad knowledge and experience within real estate transactions, lease negotiations , developing office concepts as well as project management.

During her career she has also been working with numerous consolidation projects as result of acquisitions.

Ulrica O Magnusson started at Coliers in August 2022 as head of Workplace Advisory and Project Management.

She has previously run her own business for 4 years growing the business with both businesspartners and strategic cooperating consultants. Before that she was CEO for an architectural firm Codesign Sweden AB growing from  15 to 60 people over the period. Ulrica har 25 years  of experience as a consultant in strategic advisory for companies decisionmaking in business supporting premises and way of working and also as an overall project manager when implementing new premises projects.

Nicholas  joined Colliers as Director 2021 and provides senior project management & Tech.

Nicholas has a excellent track-record of leading large as well as complex projects for both local and global clients. With over 20 years of project management experience, Nicholas has key areas of expertise including the design and planning of commercial buildings, offices, construction, security systems, technical infrastructure, IT systems, backup power, UPS, AV solutions etc.

Lina Åkerlund started at Colliers in August 2021 as Project Manager.

She has previously co-owned a company specializing in helping the client plan, administrate and execute the transformation of their work place, with focus on procurement, evacuations, move and execution.
Her career has over the years focused on Project Management and Coordination in the interior design and furniture industry and the Swedish contemporary art scene.

Åsa started at Colliers in October 2021 as Project Manager / Associated Director.

She then came from a company specializing in retail business but also offices and restaurants. As a Project Manager, her role was to help clients with end-to-end solutions with plan, administration  and execute the transformation of their stores but with a focus on managing the development of interior design concepts, interior design, design, manufacturing and planning the delivery of interior design as well as coordinating the remodeling of store premises. Over the years, her career has focused on design work, project management and coordination within the interior design and furniture industry.
