Colliers has acted as advisor when the Swiss investment foundation AFIAA acquired its first property in Sweden. The property acquired, Cerberus 2, is a historic building located on Kornhamstorg 4 in the Old Town of Stockholm. The total area amounts to 1,645 sqm and the property is today fully let to a tenant and is mainly used as an office.
The seller is NFF Nordic AB.

Gunnar Larsson, Director Capital Markets at Colliers: “We are delighted to be able to help AFIAA make its entrance into the Swedish Real Estate Market. We at Colliers see this deal as a sign of strength for the Stockholm office market, which shows that good objects, in good locations with strong tenants, are strong even in uncertain times ”.
