Professional Summary

Joachim started in the Real Estate industry in  2000 at NCC Property Development in Gothenburg. 2011 he joined Colliers and the Capital Markets Team and since 2017  he's responsible for our office in Gothenburg and a member of the Management Team . The interest in Real Estate, and deals in particular, led Joachim to switch to the consulting side in 2004.  During all these years, Joachim has   mainly worked with transactions in Gothenburg but also across the country together with both national and international customers. No deals have been too small or too big. All deals are unique in terms of different properties, location, customer and size.



A selection of deals.

In 2020, transact a portfolio in Borås of three residential properties in a forward commitment structure between the developers Järngrinden and Mjöbäcks to Fortinova.

Buy side advice to Offentliga  Hus regarding  a student house project in Göteborg.

Sell side advice to Ernst Rosén who sold a residential portfolio in Alingsås to Amasten

Sale lease back with three properties in greater Göteborg, the seller/tenant use the properties for car wash. 

In 2019, assited SBB in an aquisition of a residential property located in Göteborg

Acted on the behalf of Offentliga Hus in an aquisition in central Borås, mainly leased to Borås  City and Västra Götalandsregionen.

Newly started SLP aquired a portfolio of industrial properties in Nässjö, Colliers and myself on the buy side.

In 2018, transact the single largest industry and logistics deal in Sweden through the sale of Säve Airport - a unique property with more than three million square meters of land. Colliers had the assignment of Serneke Group, who sold the area to Castellum for a value of SEK 2.1 billion.
