Simon joined Colliers International in 2012 as a Corporate Solutions Property Consultant within the Real Estate Management Solutions (REMS) team.
Simon’s role within Colliers International incorporates the business development of the REMS team through liaising with owners/landlords of substantial property portfolios and also assisting the Corporate Solutions team by identifying and acquiring property solutions for international and regional clients.
Simon’s other key responsibilities include the collection of property statistics and information, building detailed databases on specific areas/buildings and sourcing new business opportunities.
Head of Commercial Agency
Hamish is the Head of Commercial Agency at Colliers International in Dubai. He has over 12 years real estate experience in both the commercial and residential markets in Australia as well as in the United Arab Emirates.
Hamish works as both a Landlord Representative for properties across the United Arab Emirates as well as a Tenant Representative for multinational companies in the MENA region. His main client is Orange Business Services which he manages the account for in South Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Before joining Colliers International he was the Commercial Sales Manager for another international agency. His role included setting up the commercial department for the region and growing a team around him.
Originally starting out as a Leasing Consultant in Melbourne with one of the city's largest agencies he worked his way up to become the Leasing Manager for a specialised Project Marketing Agency that focused on high-end inner city developments.
