I have 15 years of experience in the field of real estate advisory. Prior to joining Colliers, I was a manager of transaction advisory services at Ernst & Young Saudi Arabia. During this period, I was involved in managing and delivering real estate assignments: feasibility studies, market research, best use studies, business plan, financial modeling, and business valuation.

I have vast experience in real estate and hospitality sector feasibility studies, covering some of the biggest projects in Saudi Arabia: 5 star hotels, furnished apartments, residential resorts, commercial malls, residential cities, office towers, commercial complexes, land use, e-real estate, and real estate financing.

My most exciting work to date is participating in turning concepts into high profitable real estate projects. This work is not only fun to do, but also very rewarding to see the results.

Before joining Colliers, Ibrahim had been working for the Audit Department, followed by the Advisory Services of Ernst & Young in Saudi Arabia. Ibrahim has extensive experience and knowledge in finance, accounting and management consulting mainly in the Real Estate Sector.

Since joining Colliers, Ibrahim has been working very closely with bankers, investors, developers and funders in Saudi Arabia through providing leading-edge strategic, operational and financial investment analysis, property valuations, highest and best-use economical studies for various master plan and mixed-use developments. Ibrahim has also worked on a number of large-scale master plan developments across the main cities of Saudi Arabia including low to high-income housing developments.

Additionally, Ibrahim performed extensive Valuation services for the majority of Saudi Arabia clients, ranging from accommodation, industrial, and retail to agriculture. Within these projects, he worked on valuing raw lands, developed lands, projects under construction and completed projects.

Beside working with Colliers, Ibrahim is also a board member of one of the listed companies, a member of the Funds Management Board in one of the banks, and a member of 3 Audit Committees
