By the end of Q3 2014, the total supply of warehouse stock in St. Petersburg amounted to 2.24 million m². By the end of 2014 we expect five properties to enter the market. Thus, completion volume of 2014 will become the highest in the last six years. Strong competition in the warehouse market has resulted in a rental correction downwards. In addition the ruble weakening against the dollar put additional pressure on rents denominated in US dollars.
