Amidst zero replenishment of the qualitive warehouse market this year, the vacancy rate in class A and B warehouses is approaching the lowest level since 2013. Speculative commissioning planned up to the end of the year will not exceed 50 000 sq m. There is a deficit of quality stock on market. However, a number of new projects that should increase supply in industrial market in the next few years were announced, including the ambitious Europapark project, which is actively discussed among developers. The deal volume in Q2 2018 increased significantly, leading to an increase compared to H1 2018 and almost the same as the volume of demand in 2014, when the warehouse market demonstrated impressive growth in speculative construction.
