At the end of Q1 2019, the total supply of quality class A and B warehouse real estate in St. Petersburg was 2.9 million sq m, the largest share of which is concentrated in the south of the city (44%). In January–March 2019, a total of 43,000 sq m of warehouse space was put into operation at three sites.
