The vacancy rate on central corridors decreased by 1 p.p, in particular due to a number of empty premises on Bolshoy avenue. The major share of tenants on the move are represented by the fashion and service segments. Ahead of the World Cup, Nevskiy avenue and Bolshoy avenue stood out as having a low level of tenant rotation with figures of 11% and 10% respectively. As for the number of opened stores, the three most active segments during first six months of a year were cafes, bars and restaurants (including chain outlets) with share of 65%, which actively expanded ahead of World Cup.
