A number of positive events happened in the St. Petersburg street retail market in H1 2017. Expanded activity among federal and Moscow market participants was observed. About 80 different conceptual catering establishments, mainly in central locations in St. Petersburg, opened, which is comparable to the same period last year. The vacancy rate on the main shopping corridors has remained low, on average 5%. Rental rates are stable.
