In Q3 2019, vacancy growth was observed on key retail corridors of St. Petersburg: over the three months, the rate increased by 1.2 p.p. to 6.8%. The number of vacant premises increased on all major streets, with the exception of B. Konyshennaya, where the rate remained at the Q2 level (7%), as well as Lva Tolstogo Sq, where there are no vacant premises. The most significant increases in the vacancy rate were on Staro-Nevskiy Ave (+3.5 p.p.) and Rubinsteina street (+2.4 p.p.).
