The first half of 2014 did not bring new shopping centres to the St. Petersburg market, however, in Q3 2014 two shopping centres – SEC Monpansie and SC Admiral – were opened in the city. Decline in consumer demand combined with currency rate changes resulted in reviewing of development plans by the fashion retailers. Thus, brands working in the price range “middle/middle+” continue their development both in St. Petersburg and in regions.
