The St. Petersburg real estate market in H1 2017 remains in a pause in terms of the opening of new SC. In this period, there was an increase in the activity of retailers. The number of new openings of stores, cafes and restaurants in the city's SC increased 40% compared to the same period last year. The prevalence remains of Russian operators in the total number of openings in the fashion segment. The growth in demand and the lack of new supply are helping to reduce the vacancy level in SC – 6%.
