Results for the first three months of 2019 show that, total supply of quality retail space in St. Petersburg did not increase and remained at the same level of – 3 million sq m. The lack of new facilities in the market is contributing to the continuation of the downward trend in vacancy in existing shopping centres. By the end of the Q1 2019, the share of vacant space in high-quality facilities was 3%.
