The appearance of such large-scale residential complexes as Privilegia and Krestovskiy de luxe in the market has led to an increase in the share of primary supply on Krestovskiy Island up to 42%. At the end of 2014, the increase in prices in elite residential projects was observed due to a rush in demand from customers. The average price for elite apartments increased from RUB 290,000 to RUB 340,000 per m².
