Q3 2017 | Russia | St. Petersburg | Office Market

Download Report
The average increase in the speculative supply of new quality business centres will reach no less than 50,000 sq m by the end of 2017. The total volume of speculative supply will only just exceed the figure of five years ago. The major trend of the year is the increasing decline in the supply of large office units, which most likely will constrain Class A demand. However, the net absorption volume will stay persistently high and be supported by the increase in speculative supply in Class B up to the end of the year.
