The total volume of new completions in H1 2015 reached 50,000 sq. m – approximately 20% of the total future stock announced for completion in 2015. The large tenants faced another problem in the local market: with key city-level tenant leasing most of the quality offices in the city, the availability of large office blocks of better quality for other tenants is rather limited. This situation provides an opportunity for developers to construct smaller office buildings for end-users through the signing of built-to-suit agreements prior to a building’s construction.
