By the end of Q3 2019 the volume of new construction has reached 581 thousand sq m, which is two-times higher than in the same period last year. Take-up accounted for 1 057 thousand sq m. Drivers of the demand were retailers and logistic companies. Vacancy continued to decrease and has reached 3.9% by the end of Q3 2019. An average rental rate in Moscow region remained 3 850 RUB/sq m/year excluding VAT and OpEx.
