Total stock of class A warehouse complexes in the Moscow region accounted for 17,516 thousand sq m. New construction in H1 2020 was 38% higher than in the same period of 2019. Most of warehouse complexes was commissioned in BTS-format (210 thousand sq m). Because of the pandemic take-up surged to 514 thousand sq m. Vacancy and rental rates remained at the same level as in Q1 2020. Vacancy was 3.1% and rental rates – 4,100 RUB/sq m/year excl. VAT and OpEx. Until the end of the year 850 thousand sq m of class A warehouse premises are to be commissioned. Market volatility will be moderate: vacancy will vary in the range 3.1 – 3.1% and rental rates - 4,100 – 4,300 RUB/sq m/year.

Since May 2013 I'm heading newly created Research department in Colliers St. Petersburg, covering six fields of analysis: retail, office, industrial, elite residential, hotel, and investments.
