Nikolay Kazanskiy, Managing Partner Colliers International Russia: “Doing what you enjoy, doing it better than others and doing it in a team of like-minded people is rewarding enough. But getting the highest appreciation for this work from clients and market experts is one of the most valuable acknowledgements of our merits as well as the best gift for the 25th anniversary of the company’s operations in Russia.”

Andrey Kosarev, CEO Colliers International Saint Petersburg: “Market acclaim and the positive opinions of our clients and leading experts are very important for us as an advisory company. Eye-catching transactions and large projects are just the tip of the iceberg of the Company’s achievement – beneath that is the trust of our clients, the profound expertise, highest professionalism and daily effort of Colliers International’s 600 employees scattered all over Russia. We appreciate your rooting for us; thanks a lot for your support. This helps us to grow and get better all the time.”

Stanislav Bibik, Partner Colliers International: “Taking part in the CRE Federal Awards is a professional challenge, a new summit, so to say, which we keep conquering year after year as a team. The ‘golden bricks’ that we’ve been awarded are one reason why people trust Colliers and look to us. For me personally, winning the Personality of the Year nomination is a great honour and an awesome responsibility to myself and my partners – not to rest on our laurels or become complacent, but keep moving ahead, looking for new opportunities to grow and improve.”

Anna Nikandrova, Partner Colliers International: “Every year we travel many miles both physically and professionally to deserve this award. In 2018, Colliers International doubled its retail property and facility management business. Making this segment attractive for investors is our top priority, but for this to happen we need to remain open to renewal, to move forward and improve all the time. Geographically, Colliers International’s projects now span more than 7,000 kilometres, but this is just a beginning, since we are only 25 years old.”

Colliers International is responsible for exclusive brokerage and full range of management services for the FORUM.
