Colliers International Giving Advice on the Deal
Moscow, 12 October 2020. The Russian developer of industrial projects PNK Group and the wholesale supplier of flooring, wall coverings and parts Monarch Co. have signed a contract for buying a 16,500-sqm industrial building in PNK Park Sofyino lying 32 km eastward of the Moscow Ring Road on Novoryazanskoye Highway (M-5 Urals route).
The building has been commissioned all ready.
“Our industrial park PNK Park Sofyino lies right on Novoryazanskoye Highway, being extremely attractive for companies using this route in their logistics,” notes Dmitry Pilevin, Steward of PNK Development Investment Fund. “At the present moment there’s a vacant 11,500-sqm unit in a building ready for use in this park in addition to more than 30 hectares of development land.”
