Stanislav Bibik, Partner at Colliers International, was awarded our fourth ‘golden brick’ in the Personality of the Year category.
- This year, Colliers International was named winner of the CRE FEDERAL AWARDS in the Management Company of the Year: Facility Management category.
Colliers International is the biggest outsourced management company with more than 1.3m square metres in its portfolio, spread over 12 cities of Russia — from Murmansk to Ulan-Ude — and with more than 400 experts on its payroll. The company provides integrated management of shopping malls as well as office, residential and mixed-use schemes. The professional community consistently rates Colliers’ work very high. The award is the fifth ‘golden brick’ for Colliers in the Management Company of the Year category.
Stanislav is the best expert in Russia’s investment market because he has closed many remarkable deals with his team that have caused a stir and set trends in the entire capital markets segment. In the course of his career, Stanislav has been involved in investment transactions worth more than $10 billion in total, consulting clients in Russia and abroad since 2004. The most significant transactions that he has supervised include the sale of the office part of Neva Tower MUC in Moscow City, the sale of Nevsky Centre mall in Saint-Petersburg to PPF Real Estate, selling the portfolio of nine hotels in a regional hotel chain to VIYM, and the acquisition by O1 Group of the Austria-based investment fund CA Immo worth more than 3.6bn euro.
- One of the biggest investment deals in the entire history of Russia’s real estate market and the biggest deal of 2019 – selling the office part of the Neva Towers skyscraper in Moscow City – was proclaimed the winner in the Deal of the Year: Purchase and Sale category at the CRE Moscow Awards 2020.
The 74,208-sqm deal between Renaissance Development and Metrika Investments, with Colliers acting as the exclusive advisory, was closed in December 2019 and marked a signature end of the year.
Neva Towers is a trophy asset that will be a flagship in the portfolio of any investment firm. This was a one-off investment deal in the Russian real estate market and its signing was a great success for both sides. Metrika Investments came into possession of one of the best assets on the Russian real estate market in its entire history. As for Renaissance, signing one of the largest transactions in the Russian capital market will enable it to accumulate funds for the development of new landmark projects.
- SDEK National Fulfillment Centre in South Gate Industrial Park was awarded the ‘golden brick’ in the Industrial Lease Deal of the Year category at the CRE Moscow Awards 2020.
- Stanislav Bibik, Partner at Colliers International, has been named Personality of the Year at the CRE Moscow Awards 2020.
The deal was one of the biggest lease transactions in 2019 both for the rapidly developing e-commerce segment and for the industrial real estate market as a whole. The deal is remarkable in terms of the volume and quality of the work done. The leased premises with a total floor area of 30,000 sqm were redeveloped for the client from a standard dry storage facility into a fulfilment centre featuring an up-to-date assembly line on a total area of 20,000 sqm with a supplementary capacity of 1 MW installed as well as cross-dock loading/unloading operations due to the installation of auxiliary dock equipment.
Comment by Nikolay Kazansky, Managing Partner Colliers International: “The CRE Awards Golden Brick is more than recognition of our professionalism by the professional community or appreciation of our successfully closed deals. It also means great responsibility to our team, our clients and to the entire real estate market. For me it’s a great honour to realize that for several years in a row the team of Colliers has been the leader in terms of the number of ‘golden bricks’. Each of them motivates us to set new goals and reach them, getting better even in minutest details, promptly and effectively responding to client requests and constantly improving our services. The real estate market has risen to a new quality level where the key priorities include genuine professionalism, fast response and personal will to victory and success. We thank our clients and partners for their trust and support and we thank competition for a chance to get better all the time. We also thank all real estate market players who make this segment dynamic, spirited, exuberant and professional.”
