Colliers International Russia Appoints New Directors for Office Real Estate Business

Colliers International, the leading global commercial real estate consultancy, announces two key appointments in its office real estate business, one of firm’s strategic focuses in Russia. Eleonora Bogdanova has been appointed Director of the Office Agency Department (Agency Services). Francois Nonnenmacher has assumed the position of Director of the Occupier Representation Department (Occupier Services).
Eleonora began working in her new position in February 2014. She is responsible for the operational management of the office real estate department, new business development as well as relations with key clients and corporate projects. In his new position Francois Nonnenmacher will continue to be engaged in providing the full spectrum consulting services for the office market, including representation on sales and lease transactions and build-to-suit construction.

Eleonora joined Colliers International In 2011. Over the past three years she has advanced from the position of Senior Consultant to Director of the Warehouse, Industrial and Land Department. Under her leadership Colliers International executed a number of major warehouse deals in Moscow and Russia’s regions (PNK Chekhov 2, South Gate, Kreshkino, Belaya Dacha (Moscow) PNK Tolmachevo, Logopark Ob (Novosibirsk), A2 Rostov (Rostov-on-Don), and others), as well as dozens of major lease and sales agreements for warehouse and industrial space totalling over 200,000 sqm for a total of more than $4 million. Her clients have included such names as MARS CIS, Schneider Electric, Il de Beaute, Panalpina, M.Video, and Paul Hartmann AG, among others. 

Francois has worked at Colliers International since 2005. Prior to his appointment in this role, Francois Nonnenmacher served as Associate Director of Office Corporate Services and was responsible for the implementation of office projects for Russian and international companies. He also has successfully represented the interests of major occupiers in all stages of their real estate transactions. Francois has more than 10 years of experience working on the commercial real estate market. During his tenure at Colliers International he has personally closed office transactions for over 200,000 sqm of space in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Amsterdam, Berlin, Almaty and Kiev. In 2009 he was ranked third in revenues generated among company employees in EMEA.
