Colliers International leases new office in Naberezhnaya Tower

Colliers International, the leading international consultancy in the commercial real estate market, has signed a new lease agreement for an office at the premium class Naberezhnaya Tower office complex near the metro stations Delovoy Tsentr and Mezhdunarodnaya in the very heart of the prestigious Moscow City business district. Starting March 1 the firm will be located at its new address: 10 Presnenskaya Embankment, Block C.
The Russian headquarters of Colliers International, which has been operating on the Russian real estate market for more than 20 years, will be located in a new spacious office of approximately 1000 sqm on the 52nd floor of one of Moscow’s most prestigious skyscrapers.

The Naberezhnaya Tower office complex, completed by the development company ENKA in 2007, is conveniently located at the intersection of the Third Transport Ring and Presnenskaya Embankment. Its proximity to the TTR, Kutuzovsky Prospekt, Novy Arbat, Leningradskoye Shosse and Kievskoye Shosse provides easy access to the city centre, including the Kremlin, Moscow’s municipal government buildings, Expocentre as well as the international airports Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo. In the near future a rapid transit system will connect Moscow City with Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo. 

The complex has a GBA of approximately 268,000 sqm and a GLA of over 163,500 sqm. Naberezhnaya Tower comprises three buildings of 17, 27 and 60 storeys and the complex corresponds with international Class A premium standards.

Naberezhnaya Embankment was named Best Class A Business Centre at the CRE Awards 2008.
