Colliers International continues to enhance retail team in Russia

Colliers International, the leading global consultancy for commercial real estate, is continuing to reinforce its position in the Russian market for retail real estate. Anna Nikandrova has been appointed Regional Director and Head of the Retail Real Estate Department in Russia. She will be responsible for the strategic development of this business, owner and tenant representation for retail premises, as well as expansion of Colliers International’s portfolio of projects in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Russia’s regions.
Anna began her career in real estate in 2002. She has been with Colliers International since 2004 and prior to this appointment served as Head of Retail Real Estate in the firm’s St. Petersburg office, where she was responsible for engagement with major international and Russian developers (SRV, Tashir Group, Dorinda Invest, Fort Group, Stockmann and others). 

Throughout the course of her career, Anna has overseen and participated in the implementation of major retail projects in St. Petersburg and Northwest Russia: Gallery, Leto, Hollywood, Pearl Plaza, RIO, Stockmann’s Nevsky Center, Europolis, London Mall, City Mall, Titan Arena (Arkhangelsk), Murmansk Mall, Lotos Plaza (Petrozavodsk) and Grand Canyon, among others. Moreover, Anna has personally brokered more than 500 transactions, including over 100 for the Gallery shopping center.

At present, Colliers International’s portfolio of exclusive projects includes 21 retail and entertainment centres in 13 cities across Russia, including Moscow and St. Petersburg. Over the first 10 months of 2013 the firm’s retail team closed 750 lease deals at shopping centers in Moscow and throughout Russia.
