Russian online retailer leased warehouse in Mikhaylovskaya Sloboda Logopark

Colliers International, a leading global real estate consultancy, was engaged in leasing out 12,000 sq m in Mikhaylovskaya Sloboda Logopark. During the deal, Colliers International provided advisory support to and represented interests of the owner, Meridian Development Company.
The tenant is, the largest Russian online retailer with focus on household and electronic appliances. The contract conditions leasing of warehouse and retail premises for three years. 

Mikhaylovskaya Sloboda will accommodate the company's central distribution hub with the key function to store and sell Russian and foreign goods listed on web site. Besides, it will serve for logistics purposes and product transportation to Russian regions. The hub is to be commissioned already in October 2013.

Mikhaylovskaya Sloboda logopark is located 20 km away from the Moscow Ring Road, on the Novoryazanskoe highway, Ramenskiy district of Moscow region. One of the largest warehouse complexes in the region occupies 16.2 ha with a total area of ca. 92,800 sq m. The first construction phase (23,200 sq m) is told to be finished in the third quarter of 2013.
