Professional Summary
Robert was born and raised in Romania, attended Emanuel University of Oradea and joined Colliers International in 2006. Since entering the real estate services industry, he has focused his activities on consulting, research and the sale of investment properties. Robert deals with private and institutional investors and remains up-to-date on product and global and local market context.
Accomplishments
Robert is part of the Colliers team since 2006 when he started within the Consulting Division where he subsequently coordinated and contributed to over 30 market and feasibility studies for institutional investors and developers in multiple real estate sectors: office, industrial, residential, retail and mixed
projects. Since 2011 Robert moved on to specialize in Investment Sales and Transaction Management. He provides investment advice to both institutional and private clients, as well as to landlords of office, industrial and retail properties.
Selecive clients of reference: NEPI, Nusco Group, CBRE Global Investors, Europa Capital.
Transactions:
- City Business Center, in Timisoara, Romania, was acquired by South African Investment Fund NEPI in a transaction valued at €90 million.
- Floreasca 169A, a 36,000m² office building in Bucharest, Romania was acquired for over €100 million.
